I have been working on the Steotch.com Mystery Stitchalong all month long. The lovely designers over at Steotch.com released one part of a pattern every Monday for the past few weeks. It has been fun to stitch. There are still two more parts to be released! Can you tell what it is?
I haven't made any progress on the 3D Dog cross stitch or the Disco Butterfly. I may put this Stitchalong away for a few weeks and get some work done on those projects.

June Update
It has been almost 30 days since I have posted, so I will share my WIP and some ideas that I have.
I haven't made much progress on this on or the next one. Sometimes life gets in the way. And other times you get commissioned to do a piece and that is what you have to focus on. (More on that in a later blog).
This second WIP hasn't been on this blog yet. There is this really cool etsy seller that I found on Reddit that makes 3D Cross Stitch patterns. Basically you stitch all the patterns then sew them together and you have a cool, 3D Cross Stitched item. She started doing custom dog patterns, so I emailed her a bunch of pictures of my stitching buddy, George.
It looks like him, right? This project is going to take a lot of time, so be prepared for a lot of updates!
The gift to my brother and law and sister in law for their wedding anniversary was a hit! This is how they are displaying the piece.
And finally in June, I was commissioned to make a similar piece to the one above. I will post pictures after it has been given as a gift. No spoilers!
I have had a few ideas for my cross stitching adventures such as doing some videos! So if I ever get over my camera shyness, check out my video channel over at YouTube! Also I created Facebook and Google+ Pages. Please go subscribe, like and follow!

My Second Project
I am so glad I can finally post this project. This is my second project, a gift for my brother and sister in law for their 1 year anniversary! My husband framed it for me and we were able to give it tonight.

Current Work in Progress (WIP)-Disco Butterfly-4th Project
I fell in love with this pattern as soon as I saw it on Etsy. I quickly bought the pattern and shortly after realized it was a large pattern with 20 colors. Good thing I did want to try something a little more challenging!
Here is my progress after a few sittings. The first few sittings I had to do a lot of frogging, but as I go I am getting better at counting!
Stay tuned for more progress pictures!

Signature Style
Do you sign your pieces as you complete them?
I spent a few hours last night testing out different ways of signing my work. A lot of frogging was done. I sign greeting cards with a heart then my name so I really like the heart with the T inside and the date to the right. My scissors are covering up two designs that were really really bad.

The TARDIS (/ˈtɑrdɪs/; Time and Relative Dimension in Space
I completed the TARDIS last night. I loved how it started to come to life when I added the back stitching. Finishing all the back stitching on the door panels made them all pop! I have to give myself a pat on the back for this one. The lettering on the top could use some work. I may revisit that part in the future. This design still needs to be washed, ironed, and framed. That makes 3 designs I need to frame.
Comment below and let me know what you think!

I used 11 ct white Aida fabric with 3 strands of floss for cross stitches and door panel back stitching.2 strands of floss for the rest of the back stitching (outline and text).

20 Colors!
I bought my next pattern. It requires 20 colors. I guess this way I will build up my collection fast this way! I might need to buy some organizational supplies when I go buy my floss!
